Nathaniel Brotzman
Law Clerk
Nathaniel (Nate) Brotzman is a Law Clerk at Independence Law Center. Nate graduated from Liberty University School of Law (J.D., class of 2026) and will join the legal team upon admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
Before entering the legal field, Nate taught high school social studies and worked in youth ministry. He graduated from North Carolina State University (BA History) and holds advanced degrees from Duke University (MA Teaching) and Duke Divinity School (MTS).
Nate is passionate about the cases and clients of Independence Law Center. His areas of interest include church and non-profit law, parental rights, and religious liberty. He and his family love living in Harrisburg, where they are close to family and able to serve God’s kingdom.
