Pennsylvania took a step in the right direction today in passing SB 3 out of committee today by a 8-5 vote.
SB 3 would ensure that abortion will not be covered under the health care exchanges (Obamacare). This would maintain the status quo – preserving current Pennsylvania policy prohibiting public funding of abortions.
