Committee passes Down Syndrome Protection Act, Full Senate could vote soon [Roll Call]

On Wednesday, June 13th, the State Senate Judiciary Committee passed the Down Syndrome Protection Act – House Bill 2050 – by a 10-5 vote. Here’s the roll call:

TAKE ACTION: Contact your State Senator – YES on the Down Syndrome Protection Act

With this committee vote, your State Senator may vote as early as next week on passing the Down Syndrome Protection Act. Already passing the PA House by a 71% majority, enough votes in the State Senate can override any veto by Governor Wolf on this legislation.
