Today, the PA State Senate Judiciary Committee voted 10-5 in favor of SB3, legislation led by Senator Michele Brooks (R-50) that would limit abortion to the first five-month of pregnancy (current law is up to 6 months) and end the barbaric procedure of dismemberment abortion.
