Keeping Women in the Dark

In a column in Sunday’s Washington Post, columnist Kathleen Parker endorses legislation requiring that women seeking abortions receive ultrasound examinations of the unborn child within, and that those women be allowed the choice to view the images. Of course, pro-abortion groups like NARAL and Planned Parenthood vehemently oppose letting abortion-minded women have a window into the womb, wanting them to make a non-reversible, death-dealing decision in the dark. Is it time for Pennsylvania to adopt Ultrasound “Right-to-Know” legislation?
