Senate Bill 1321, sponsored by Senator Chris Gebhard (R-Berks/Lancaster/Lebanon), advanced out of the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee on Tuesday, marking an important step forward in the effort to stop Pennsylvania taxpayers from funding harmful, sex-rejecting interventions on minors. The measure passed the committee with bipartisan support and now advances to the full Senate for consideration.

Tell your lawmakers to support SB 1321 and end taxpayer funding for sex-rejecting interventions on minors. Pennsylvania taxpayers should never be forced to fund irreversible harm to children. However, from 2015–2023, nearly 5,000 minors in Pennsylvania were subjected to sex-rejecting interventions. Plus, more than $21.8 million of your taxpayer money supported these procedures and drugs. I am deeply concerned about IVF. 96% of biologists (the vast majority of those who were polled are nonreligious and Democrat) agree that life begins from the moment of conception. At this point, it is settled science.

Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry are once again asking Pennsylvania officials for special treatment, prioritizing profit over women’s health. Public comments close Friday, so Pennsylvanians have only a short time to speak out. Click here to take action!

Right now, some lawmakers in Harrisburg are advocating for cuts to a proven educational program that could take opportunities away from students who need them most. Click here to take action!

HB 836 does the opposite of what it claims. Instead of helping families, HB 836 removes all safety guidelines and accountability for the multi-billion-dollar IVF industry. They win, and life loses. Click here to take action!

States Are Rejecting the Harm of Marijuana Legalization

This package of bills creates a dangerous chain reaction that would threaten religious liberty and free speech: First, anonymous reporting and investigations (HB 1903). Second, criminal penalties and civil lawsuits (HB 1902 & 1905). Third, sentencing is shaped by “community impact” statements and required training (HB 1904). Click here to take action today!

Senate Bill 843—the “Do No Harm Act”—is pending in the Pennsylvania legislature. This commonsense measure would prohibit puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and gender transition surgeries on minors and ensure that taxpayer funds are not used to finance these interventions.

Every child deserves the opportunity to grow up healthy and whole, not scarred by irreversible sex-rejecting interventions pushed by ideology and funded with your tax dollars. That’s why Pennsylvania needs to pass SB 843, the Do No Harm Act. This commonsense legislation would prohibit puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries to remove healthy body parts on minors. It would also prevent taxpayer dollars from being used for these irreversible interventions. Your lawmakers need to hear from you now. Click here to take action now!

Save Women's Sports

Tell your state representative to support the Save Women’s Sports Act (HB 1849) and protect fairness for female athletes. Girls deserve a level playing field — not competition against biological males who have undeniable physical advantages. This isn’t about discrimination; it’s about preserving equal opportunities in sports, as Title IX intended. Click here to take action today!

PA Women Harmed By Abortion Complications Doubled in Three Years: PA State Report

Tell your State Senator and Representative to vote YES on SB 973 and HB 606 — legislation that updates Pennsylvania’s biology curriculum to include scientifically accurate education on human life development in the womb. Students deserve to see the beauty of life through ultrasound and animated visuals showing growth from conception to birth, helping them make healthier and more informed choices for the future.

Tell your legislator to vote YES on HB 1513 and SB 603 to protect children from online pornography. These bills would require porn websites to verify users are 18 or older—just like age checks for alcohol or gambling—helping parents safeguard their kids from the proven harms of porn exposure and addiction.

Uniform Parentage

Tell your State Senator to vote NO on House Bill 350, the so-called “Uniform Parentage Act.” This bill would treat children like commodities, legalize commercial surrogacy, and remove crucial safeguards that protect a child’s right to identity, biological connection, and best-interest review. Protect Pennsylvania’s children—oppose HB 350 today.

the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) quietly approved a new generic version of the chemical abortion pill mifepristone—despite promising a full safety review just weeks earlier.

Chemical abortions now account for 56% of all abortions in Pennsylvania (2023)—ending thousands of unborn lives and putting thousands of women at serious medical risk each year. A recent study shows that 1 in 10 women taking the abortion pill experience severe complications such as infection, hemorrhage, or sepsis—far higher than FDA reports. Based on these findings, over 2,000 Pennsylvania women likely suffer complications annually. The Pennsylvania Family Council is calling on federal policymakers to revoke approval of the abortion pill and protect women’s health and safety.
