The Obama administration said it would not defend the constitutionality of statutes blocking same-sex military spouses from receiving marriage benefits — including rights to visitation in military hospitals, survivor benefits, and burial together in military cemeteries.
The definition of marriage is under attack in our country, not only from those outside of government, but from the very people whose job it is to uphold it.
