President Obama announced he will sign an executive order extending health care and other benefits to the partners of gay federal employees – benefits commonly bestowed upon MARRIED HUSBANDS AND WIVES AND THEIR CHILDREN.
What does that mean to you and me? We the taxpayers will be paying for the live-in “partners” of homesexual employees who are on the federal government dole – LIKE IT OR NOT!
Nevermind moral objections or rights of conscience! Nevermind that our federal government is broke! Nevermind that a lot of families can’t even pay for their own health benefits!
I wonder if this violates the Federal Defense of Marriage Act that the Obama Administration just supported in court! (that was passed by Congress and signed into law by Pres. Clinton in 1997).
