Randall L. Wenger, Esq.
COO / CHIEF COUNSEL
Randall Wenger serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Pennsylvania Family Institute and Chief Counsel of the Independence Law Center, a Pennsylvania-based pro-bono legal organization dedicated to protecting the foundational freedoms that have made America strong—especially religious liberty, free speech, and the rights of conscience.
Randall has been at the forefront of major constitutional litigation defending religious freedom. He played a key role in Groff v. DeJoy, a landmark victory before the United States Supreme Court that strengthened protections for religious employees in the workplace and overturned nearly 50 years of precedent. He was also instrumental in representing Conestoga Wood Specialties and the Hahn family in their companion case to Burwell v. Hobby Lobby, another significant Supreme Court win, this time recognizing business owners’ right to religious freedom.
Randall holds an economics degree from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Tina, live in Lancaster County and have seven children and two grandsons.
