Michael Kaucher serves as the Capitol Engagement Director for the Church Ambassador Network. In this role he bridges ongoing relationships between pastors and state legislators using prayer meetings, where God’s Word is also shared, as a lead connectional effort.

Michael also serves as C.E.O. (Chief Engagement Officer) of Transformative Solutions Network (TSN) based in Berks County, PA. In this role he gives oversight and support of their chaplaincy team, firsthand engagement in pastor & leader care, and leadership support for TSN’s Trauma-Informed Community Training effort.
