There’s plenty of reasons to celebrate and mobilize this year at the Pennsylvania March for Life on Monday, September 19, especially after the justified end of Roe v. Wade!
Many said last year’s rally and march was the largest they’d ever seen in Harrisburg – and we need more! We have plenty in front of us as we work to see life truly cherished in our state, and the abortion industry is actively working to make Pennsylvania a radical abortion on-demand state — all the more reason why we need to take action!
So make plans to join the 2nd annual Pennsylvania March for Life on Monday, September 19th!
The main events include a huge rally at 11 AM followed by the march around the PA State Capitol at 12 noon. Additional events are happening before or after the rally as well.
Here’s the current schedule of events:
- 9:30 AM – Morning Mass, St. Patrick’s Cathedral (212 State Street)
- 10:00 AM – Prayer and Praise Pre-Rally, Main stage at the front steps of PA Capitol
- 11:00 AM – Rally, Front steps of the PA Capitol
- 12:00 PM – March around the PA Capitol
- 1:00 PM – Testimonials – Silent No More, Top of the front steps of the PA Capitol
- 1:30 PM – Afternoon Mass, St. Patrick’s Cathedral
March for Life’s Jeanne Mancini is one of the confirmed speakers along with His Excellency, the Most Reverend Nelson J. Pérez, Archbishop of Philadelphia. More speaker announcements are coming soon!
There are so many helping to make this monumental event possible. The host organizations are March for Life and Pennsylvania Family Institute. Official participating groups include Pennsylvania Catholic Conference, Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia, Silent No More, Concerned Women for America of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation, The Church of Magee, and Undefeated Courage.
The Pennsylvania March for Life is our opportunity as a state to gather in solidarity and keep up the fight to protect the most vulnerable among us. While Governor Wolf focuses his energy on a lawsuit that undermines our system of government but will please the abortion industry, we can rise above and gather in joy to celebrate life which we know begins the moment of conception!
