City on the Hill Youth Leadership and Biblical Worldview Conference (July 21-27, 2019) is an opportunity for high school teens to dive deeper into understanding truth claims on some of today’s most important topics. City on the Hill fosters an environment for teens to bond with like-minded teens to discuss these topics with some of the best experts in their respective fields.

Part of the City on the Hill experience are twelve intensive training sessions. This year, several expert speakers will be part of these sessions, including:

Scott Klusendorf – President, Life Training Institute

Scott Klusendorf travels throughout the world training pro-life advocates to persuasively defend their views in the public square.


Dr. Paul Kengor – Author & Professor of Political Science, Grove City College

Dr. Paul Kengor is a New York Times best-selling author. As a presidential historian known for his scholarship on the Cold War, Communism, and Ronald Reagan, Dr. Kengor’s opinion editorials have appeared in the nation’s leading print and online publications, and he is a frequent commentator on top-rated radio and television news programs.


Kristan Hawkins – President, Students for Life of America

Kristan Hawkins is a Christian, wife, mother, grassroots activist, author, speaker, human rights advocate. Students for Life of America is the only national pro-life organization dedicated to training and equipping college, high school, middle, med, and law students.


Pastor Bill Devlin – Pastor/Evangelist, REDEEM!

Pastor Devlin’s mission is to go to the hard and dangerous places in the world with the love of Jesus. He currently works and has worked in Cuba, Khartoum Northern Sudan, Gaza Strip, Sri Lanka, Syria, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan.


City on the Hill is a project of the Pennsylvania Family Institute with a vision of training and raising up the next generation of leaders. The entire PFI team, our volunteers, and our top-notch guest speakers combine to make City on the Hill a fun, educational, enriching, and inspiring week.
