Brave High School Students Take Action with Privacy Lawsuit

April 19, 2017 | 8 comments | Posted in Privacy rights | Tags: , ,

SUMMARY:

The Boyertown Area School District, without parent or student notification, made an unwritten change to school policy and opened its sex-specific restrooms and locker rooms to students of the opposite sex. Four high-school students are now suing the district for their unlawful and harmful actions.

Both male and female students in BASD have had their privacy violated. Two of the plaintiffs were in the boys’ locker room in a state of undress, when they discovered a member of the opposite sex in the locker room with them. One of them saw a biological female wearing nothing above her waist other than a bra. He was told by the principal to “tolerate” it and make it “as natural as possible.”

One plaintiff discovered a boy in the girls’ bathroom.  She now feels she cannot return to school for her senior year because school officials are permitting boys into girls’ locker rooms and bathrooms. Another plaintiff now refrains from using facilities as much as she can.

“A woman’s right to bodily privacy does not spring into existence, or cease to exist, depending on what a man believes about the nature of his own internal sense of ‘gender identity.’ A woman’s bodily privacy is hers and hers alone, and a man’s bodily privacy is his and his alone, and they don’t disappear or come into existence based on the beliefs of a person of the opposite sex.”

I am so much in favor of the Plaintiffs. I attended this high school and my oldest graduated from there and our two younger daughters are attending there this Fall. I am ashamed of what this school is becoming through the foolish decisions that the administration is making! They should all be ashamed of themselves and ask the question, “What would Jesus do?”

This district is trying to normalize immorality and the bizarre. I support the students who are courageous to STAND up to such nonsense from the School District! Keeping you all in prayer!

Pushing what is clearly what is wrong is how things start when the end times are
getting close. I pray for the Judge to see the harm this action by the school district
is. Praying for a Godly outcome is all we can do.

Enough is enough , it s time that we get back to the Christian morals this country was founded on , there should be a major class action lawsuit against any schools , colleges and universities that allow this in their schools .

I agree with everything that Christine, Ruthie, Cindi and David said. I couldn’t have said it better myself. I just need to add COME ON CHURCH!! Lets get our heads out of the sand and start standing up for the Lord and His word. Sometimes as they say we need to put feets under our prayers.

I wrote to the Mayor of Pittsburgh, Pa when this was enacted in some retail stores and one high school. This is a violation of privacy and has the potential for serious repercussions. The first time a female is molested by a male claiming to be female or a female using a men’s facility because she feels like a male is unconscionable. It will go unreported because it does not fit the narrative of the elite. Let us pray!

I shudder with the thoughts of what God could/might do to our society that is being de-railed. how merciful and patient He is being, but for how long? God forgive us!
