Professor Michael New of the University of Alabama writes in National Review Online of the failed sex-education model in Great Britain — a model some lawmakers want to impose on Pennsylvania’s public schools. The so-called “comprehensive” sex-ed curriculum promotes contraceptive use as a way for teens to practice “safe-sex.” But it doesn’t work, as Professor New relates in this article.
