Our own Randy Wenger, chief counsel of our Independence Law Center, appeared Saturday morning in the 8 a.m. hour of FOX & Friends on the FOX News Channel.
Randy appeared along with his client, Sharon Prudhomme, long-time owner of a Columbia, PA restaurant that is being investigated by the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC). Prudhomme’s restaurant was reported to the PHRC by an atheist and member of the Freedom From Religion Society because she offers a discount to customers that come in on Sunday carrying a church bulletin.
