An Inspiring Family Tradition

Much like Thanksgiving, Christmas celebrations typically include large family get-togethers, culminating in a dinner feast, with family and friends gathered around the table for fellowship and food, and thankfulness to God for His provision and blessing in our lives.
Sadly, for too many families, gatherings around a dinner table together happen all-too infrequently — perhaps only on holidays and special occasions. This in spite of studies that show that families that eat meals together do better in life — in school, in marriage, in work, in play.
So today, I present an inspirational story, published in yesterday’s Sunbury, PA Daily Item, about founding Pennsylvania Family Institute board members Max and Martha Bingaman, and the unbroken tradition of Sunday dinners at their Kreamer, PA home. I hope it inspires you. http://dailyitem.com/0300_entertainment/x1531218298/Dinners-lead-to-cookbook
